GTX 690 anyone?

Post by {FB}Zebitty on Fri 07 Dec 2012, 2:57 pm

Guys,
I went to buy a matching GTX690 today (for the one I have in my gaming PC) and was annoyed to find out that the Palit GTX690 is difficult/impossible to get in Australia now. Since I want to run both cards in SLI, I'd prefer to have two cards from the same manufacturer, even though all 690's on the market are reference boards (except the XFX and EVGA overclocked models), so I was wondering if anyone is interested in buying my Palit GTX690 ( http://www.palit.biz/palit/vgapro.php?id=1918 ).

It cost me AUS $1453 brand new in June this year, so it's still under warranty with DCOMP (a national chain, so warranty issues can be handled locally if you have a DCOMP store near you) and I can provide reciepts etc from the original purchase should they be required. So far, the card has performed flawlessly and it runs cool and quiet and I've been extremely happy with it.

New GTX690's are still priced around the $1300-1350 mark, so I'd want at least $900 for it, but even at $900, that's a pretty good deal for a 5 month old GTX690, which is currently the fastest single slot GPU option in PC gaming by a LONG way. Anyone interested?
Zeb

that card & price are way out of my budget, but if you do drop it down to around $200 I'd be more than happy to give it a new home & take good care of it santa
