I saw it in 3D and very much enjoyed it. Beautiful animation. even the voices worked with the ones i had in my head, I was a boyhood fanatic of the comic books. (illustrated books).
the 3D was done within the action of the story and not just for effect. this and the fact that the "camera" work was almost continually on the move ,meant i did not get that eye strain from trying to focus on a distant blurry part of a static scene. It felt more natural than other 3D i have seen.
