Re: Politics
As Tony Abbott has stated a few times that he will kill off the NBN he doesn't have my vote and while I'm not a fan of Julia Gillard either and have never voted Labor there's no way I'd be voting the Greens in.
Pity about Rudd coz it would have meant Labor probably had my vote instead of maybe but one thing I keep telling people, this isn't the US and you're not voting in a Prime Minister, you're voting in a party. Big difference, so if your beef is with the person forget about it and take a look at what the party politics are about coz that's what you're voting for.

Re: Politics
Who ever was going to win was going to have to win by a substantial amount of votes dare Labour appear to be divided still. I think they are just as divided but in order not to destroy the parties integrity totally (if that's possible) they needed to pull off the illusion of unity.
I will not vote greens....or Labour, ever. I will not vote liberal if it's abbot. if Nick Xenophon could become prime minister he would get my vote any day. Good thing it's been ten years an i am still not on the electoral roles =]. So no fine for not voting.

Re: Politics
yeah, if Abbott gets in with his background the ACL (Australian Christian Lobby) will have way to much influence I believe.
